FourStar SD-54100+F CNC Sliding Double Column Machining Center

We believe in the quality of the Four Star being a top builder in Taiwan with a history of only building gantry and bridgemills for the heavy machining industry for 25 years. They are a 150k sq. ft builder and adding on another 100k sq. ft. in spring of next year. They have several installs here in North America and around the world with 32 gantry mills going to BYD in one facility through 2020-2024. We have a collection of installations from them and can send you additional photos of the plant and some of the contents inside. They are currently building a machine for a customer in Canada to turn 60 ton parts on a 3 meter VBM which I ran into an old friend at this factory last month which is the lead engineer on this project and he's from Toronto.

We have visited this facility and will be selling and servicing the Four Star machine tool brand here in North America starting August of 2026.

One year parts and labor warranty on the machine and Fanuc carries a two year warranty on there products.

Based on current build cycle to complete this order will take 8 months to complete with testing. Packaging and shipment to B.C. approximately 45-60 days.

We will put our top priority on this machine from start to finish and will work with you to get this project completed with updates on the progress of the build and provide ball bar test prior to packaging. If at anytime you would like to visit the factory we can make this possible as well.
